This guitar is in excellent condition. All controls are clean and quiet. It has been used and stored in a smoke free, heated environment. There is a very light rub mark on upper bout where the strap breaks over the body (please see the last picture). I adjusted the lighting so that the picture shows this mark fairly well, however, it is barely noticeable when holding the guitar. This guitar has a chunkier neck than the 60's models. 

The package includes the guitar and deluxe Epiphone hardshell case as shown in the pictures.
