Up for bid is a nice Edward Marshall Boehm porcelain figurine of a crouching fox.  It is in excellent condition with no damage, chips or repairs.
There are minor glaze flaws in the face, neck and tail, but these do not detract from the appearance of the fox.

According to the Boehm reference book by Reese Palley the fox was produced in 1951 and 200 pieces were made, although the author thinks that this is an over-estimate, as it is rarely seen.  I purchased this one on eBay about 10 years ago and have not seen another one.
In any case it would be a nice addition to a Boehm or wildlife figurine collection.
The fox measures 6 in long by 1.5 in wide by 4 in tall.  Please review all photos as they serve as part of the description.
