1923 Douglas 500cc OHV thrown in shed in 1949, not used since, incredible museum unrestored quality. Last used as speedway grass track, has “incredible”  nuts and bolts as rear tyre tread.Rudge racing brake wheels. Engine does not turnover and requires restoration,bike is in original as found as raced condition as found in shed, sitting over 40years in NewcastleNSW.

A rare vintage mount, ideal collection etc. should be in a glass case in museum! Frame is genuine c1928 dirt track, engine is 1923 genuine “RA” square boreOHV research racing engine, direct carbs fitted staight in heads. An amazing time capsule vintage racing machine.
