Wonderfully detailed scene wrapped in a heart depicting the nativity. Imagery included the baby Jesus in his manger watched over by the virgin Mary. Joseph, angels, a shepherd and animals in the stable are beautifully detailed and crowned by the sacred heart of Jesus.
Heart itself measures 4.5 inches wide by five inches tall.
Mold including faux wood border measures 5.5 inches wide by 6/5 inches tall. Mold is .5 inch thick.
A previous owner attached two felt pads to the back to avoid rubbing against the wall. There is a loop at the top for hanging.
Impossible to date, but certainly a vintage piece if not antique.
