Royal Navy WWll Rear Admiral Frederick Arthur Buckley Sea Chest D Day Commodore Landing Craft Commander Portsmouth -  Important Royal Navy historical Chest with great WW2 Significance.
Buckley also captained a number of ships, including HMS Warspite, (Fleet Flagship) HMS Malaya and HMS Shropshire - Illustrious career.

The pine chest has his RN brass name plate on top and Rear Admiral name and address on the front. The chest is very heavy with its original black paint finish.

The chest comes with a framed history of F A Buckley showing him in Portsmouth prior to the D day landings, his Naval service history and pictures of some his warship commands x 4
