This is an original Ford Mustang 1964 1/2 Underdash / In Dash Main Wiring Harness. There is one section of wires cut, marked with yellow tape. I do not see any damage, but there may be a bad wire or cut somewhere in it.
It is part of a group of harnesses that I am selling that were pulled in the early 1980's and stored indoor.

The wires are soft and pliable, not some harness hacked up and sitting in a junk car with no windshield for 20 years.
