However, the car body had been painted, inside only, with matt black, and badly - NOT by me. I removed the paint with both Carson/Tamiya paint stripper and AK Interactive stripper. It has left some staining but mostly in areas that will not be visible once the model is fully constructed. In so doing I inadvertently broke the air intake/grille - please be sure to look at the photos. It is a clean break and would be easy to 'fix'.
