This is a CAMP Star Trek Prodigy wrist tricorder prop that was handed out to people who attended the CAMP event in NYC in 2022. The "tricorder" held a little computerized tracking device to track participants' progress.  (CAMP kept the trackers but let the participants keep the wrist tricorders.)
