This model kit is in great shape, with the hull separated from sprues but almost each other component still attached. The decals are intact, including the variety of shield designs to go upon the shields that will line the body. The only part that looks like it might have damage is one of the rising stem or stern pieces which will mount the crescent-shaped dragonhead or drekahofud or ormr or whatever this model depicts, but the rough end of that stem board will be completely covered by the decoration, so I'd say it's no trouble.
