Up for sale is my Tissot Le Locle Swiss made automatic dress watch in box. It is in used condition, however the crystal is mint and unmarked.

This is actually housing the highly renowned ETA 2824 and not the sellita variant, which does indicate the age as well. Tissot is part of the swatch group and still have access to stockpile of the ETA original movements.

The guilloche dial is very impressive with a deep texture that gives it a silvery white look.

The variety of the texture on the dial as well as the applied Roman numeral markers andheat treated hands give this piece a timeless (yes, I hate this term as well) look. Really classic design and the exhibition caseback has a retro feel about it.

The case is nicely finished with brushed sides similar to Certina, and polished bezel and lugs. The genuine leather strap has been well worn, but still very comfortable with plenty of life left, and uses the foldover buckle instead of a tang buckle, which is much easier to take on and off.

I've not worn this watch in quite a long time, mainly due to the sheer size of my collection than anything else.

Starting at 99c with no reserve, here is your change to grab a luxury watch with a reliable workhorse movement still used by big brands such as tag Heuer, tudor, Maurice Lacroix, Rado etc.
