Gentle restoration to a lovely old 70’s dive watch.

Serviced a year ago - new period perfect domed acrylic crystal fitted.

Running at +2 seconds per day and that timing photo was taken 06/05/24

43mm wide excluding crown

39mm height and 13mm thick with domed crystal.

Bidirectional friction bezel that is super smooth and holds its position surprisingly well.

Bezel in great condition except for scuffing from 50 mark to 60

The dial is absolutely mint with great patina to the hands.

The crown is a little hard to wind due to its small size not due to any problems with the 25 jewel ETA2782 movement.

Date quickset works as it should, winds and runs really well.

On a Hadley Roma USA 19mm lizard strap.

I doubt these were ever really 200m waterproof but this is a really nice old watch that can be worn every day….just not in the water !
