lovely vintage modernist Caithness pendant Crafted from high-quality sterling silver and featuring a striking vivid caithness cabochon stone, this pendant is the perfect accessory for any occasion. It has a simple modernist design & is beautifully made with Birmingham hallmarks for 

the year 1978 & F.G. for Frank Guest

 Caithness jewellery was Paul Ysart’s idea. He had been making small ‘stones’ Caithness saw a potential  & The range was officially launched in December 1970. Colin Terris designed a range of brooches and pendants inspired by traditional Scottish design and hired Lucia Polanski as a jewellery designer
