Condition as shown. Don't know much about these whistling figures but we have managed to secure three similar (almost certainly by Griesbaum) and this one that looks to be scratch built in the Griesbaum style - all three of the Griesbaum figures are in working order and can be seen in the videos on their individual eBay listings but this one does not seem to work, has a broken clock, and is sold as 'spares or repair'. Please take info from photos for size and condition. I would guess that the bellows have been refurbished but, ass yiou can see, they all work beautifully.
