Various Artists - Smash Hits Summer '99 (1999) **Signed But Don’t Know Who By**.

As it says in the title, this is signed, but I have no idea who is signed by, I worked at record labels from 2007 to 2019 and acquired this along the way, what you see is what you get it could be anyone in the world , most likely the members of one of the bands or perhaps the people featured on the front of the booklet, perhaps even some people from ‘smash hits’ as a thank you or goodbye to someone but I really don’t know so sold literally as seen.

Discs very good, plastic jewel case poor, booklet good, has pen marks (the signatures) overall acceptable.
