Beautiful set of caramel coloured cloth hardbacks with gilt patterned leather spines and leather corners.
They are in very good condition generally. There is some yellowing of pages and some of the paper sections on the spines have come off / missing (volume number or title) - 8 of 10 books. See photos.
James Boswell's famous biography of English writer Dr Samuel Johnson was originally published in 1791.
