TO GET COMBINED POSTAGE DISCOUNT: If purchasing from multiple listings please:

Click 'Add to basket' first (below the 'Buy It Now' Button). 

When finished adding all items click on 'Request Total From Seller' in the blue strap line.

I will then amend the postage on the invoice and send it back to you to make payment. 

Not all eBay apps support this process but it can always be done via eBay Classic Site.

Note: I no longer combine and refund after payment as eBay are unaware so do not refund their fees and Paypal only provide cover for the item(s) listed in each transaction.

Courier collects the day after booking (not Sat/Sun). 

Booking may be the day after you have paid. 

If not provided, tracking numbers are provided on request. 

If the listed courier does not transit to your address an alternative will be sourced but this may unfortunately incur an extra cost depending on their tariffs (see below) - you would be welcome to cancel the transaction at this stage. 

I will use alternative couriers on request.

Remote areas via courier/post (eg, but not exclusively: IM, HS, ZE) may incur extra costs - please enquire - my rates are fair. 

Post Office is half day Friday. 

Please check neighbours and sorting office (even if a card has not been left) before enquiring or opening a case for non delivery.

Returns may not be provided on international listings and taxes are your responsibility. 

If an item is not listed for international postage or it is not priced please ask before bidding/ordering. 

International buyers requesting mailing to UK international shipping companies will be required to use a tracked service and this may cost extra. 

ABOUT THE DESCRIPTION: 

Photo's - What is photographed is what you get - I do not share photo's between listings or use stock photo's. 

Measurements and weights - all are approximate. 

Condition descriptions - Are as honest and open as possible, but it may not be possible to note every detail and must be considered relative to age/use.

Colour - It will be noted if there is more than a slight discrepancy from photographs.

Grading - I generally use the scale: Poor; Fair; Good; Great; Excellent. 

Listing - Any and all aspects (photos, specifics, details, descriptions etc) are contributory to the item description, so please ensure you have viewed and read the complete listing.

In the unlikely event of breakage please contact me with photos to see if a replacement is available before opening a time bound case (which may not enable this option due to timescales - you can still open a case later if not happy).

Returns accepted within 14 days of buyer receipt when item does not match description/meet eBay policy.

Photos should be provided for all claims of damage or item not as described.

If it's my mistake or responsibility (eg courier issues) I will refund partially or fully as applicable and under negotiation with you. 

If you change your mind you pay return postage equal to that of sending.
