I was bitterly disappointed with a cloths item I sold last year to a nasty ebayer who left me negative feedback - I was unable to get any resolve despite having contacted ebay and the customer who did not return messages or change feedback. Prior to this I had 100% feedback!!!!!

Returns are accepted. If you need to return an item please message me instead of opening a case . All returns can be dealt with this way and most refunds can be given within 24 hours so it’s important to message me first. 

Please note: You will receive back the cost of the item in full except for the initial postage costs. I always keep proof of postage when sending parcels and use recorded delivery. If your parcel goes missing, I will send you the proof of postage receipt for you to follow up with Royal Mail. Please leave feedback once you have received the item so I know it’s arrived.

Also note: I strongly advise special delivery for sending jewellery due to recorded delivery not insuring jewellery - £7 approx. within the UK - the extra cost avoids disappointment if lost in the post!!! Your choice. Returns at buyers expense including relisting.
