I am offering a very rare set/3 Nantucket basket hatboxes designed by Geo.Davis, artist/owner of the former Nantucket store Weeds. I have not found these anywhere, searching online. They are in pristine like new condition. They are substantial in size. Each nesting box has a different design on top replicating the popular Nantucket lightship baskets that were adorned with scrimshaw figures. The small box has a scallop shell, the medium box has a seagull, and the large box has a white whale. They’re an exquisitely designed Nantucket treasure.

The large box with whale on lid measures 15” across 11 3/4” deep and 8 ½ “ high

The medium box with seagull on lid measures 12 ¾” across, 9 ¾” deep and 7 ½” high

The small box with scallop shell measures 10” across, 7 ½” deep and 5 ½” high
