Suitable for models such as VW Caddy and Transporter T4 T5 LT Crafter etc. This van roof vent has been designed to protrude a maximum of 72mm above the vehicle's roof and low enough to fit under most roof mounted carrying racks, the 8 vaned air scoop rotates freely while the vehicle is in motion drawing out stale air. Low profile roof vent fitting instructions
This low profile van vent is easy to mount - simply make a 130mm dia. hole and bond into place using suitable adhesive. Sika 552 (or similar) is recommended as it bonds well to a variety of substrates without the need of special surface pre-treatment. If other sealant adhesives are used (i.e Fastcure 2000, SEAL212FC, 221 or 252) suitable primers must be used. Recommended Sika primers: SEAL210T & SEAL215. No mechanical fixings are required.
