ITEM DESCRIPTION:  A beautiful dress made to measure by The Emperor's New Clothes Pinafore Dress. Made for a size 14 but a tight fitting. Waist is 15.5 inches across laid flat.  Adjustable straps. Very flared skirt. A pink skirted section with blue and white flowers.
