The Momordica cochinchinensis, also known as Gac, is a
vigorously growing, perennial fruit-bearing vine native to Southeast Asia,
which can produce vines up to 15 meters long. Its fruits, which can also be
used as food coloring, are tasty, edible, and oil can be extracted from its
seeds.
