This is an antique ice cream scoop made by Keiner Williams in the early 20th century. It is made of copper and measures 6 inches in height, 4 3/4 inches in depth, and 3 1/2 inches in width. The item weighs 10 ounces and is an original piece from the United States.

As found condition used in my family's ice cream business by my grandfather 1930's-40's.
