Just tested - didn't clean the heads or lube so sold as-is for parts or repair.  Play, Rewind, and Record work fine but I couldn't get it to FF.  Second set (quadradial) VU lights don't seem to work but the VU meters do.  Very nice cosmetics.  One plastic 7" reel included.  Tom Jones test reel you see in the first pic I'm keeping.  Packed properly for domestic shipment.  Made in Japan in the 1970's..
