From my grandparents' estate is a vintage Wallace China bread or salad plate in the 'El Rancho' pattern, 6-U.  Stamped on the back.  Created in the 1940's and 1950's for commercial restaurant use.  Made in America of vitrified ceramic.   Beige body with brown transfer border of branding irons, longhorns, shorthorns and spurs.  Center scene depicting a log cabin and cowboy on horseback.  Measures approximately 7 3/16" diameter.  Heavy and very durable!  Good vintage condition, consistent with age and use, hardly used.  A few tiny manufacturing flaws in the glaze - one on front, three on the back.  A wonderful bread or salad plate with western motifs, to be used and enjoyed for a lifetime!!  And then pasted on to the next generation.  Feel free to ask questions.
