Open Box - New Old Stock - This "CS" colander & sieve set is new and includes the original KitchenAid box. Photocopy of original use and care instructions are also included.
This Colander & Sieve set attachment was manufactured by Hobart Manufacturing in Troy, Ohio. The metal parts are made from aluminum and steel and the food paddle is made of metal and hardwood.
This rare colander and sieve attachment package includes the following items:
- Colander bowl
- One perforated disk screen
- One all metal and hardwood paddle which mounts to planetary of the mixer
- Copy of use and care instructions from Hobart and KitchenAid
Use this attachment to make homemade soup stocks, applesauce, cranberry sauce, tomato sauce / paste, baby food, and some many others. No professional kitchen is complete without this rare attachment.
Ask questions prior to purchase as there are no returns. This attachment package was designed to work on the KitchenAid stand mixer models K45 and K45SS and all newer tilt head models so long as the original bowl size is 4.5 quarts. If you have a newer tilt head mixer with a bowl size larger than 4.5 quarts, you can still use this attachment so long as you purchase a 4.5 quart stainless steel bowl to work with it (sold separately, see my other listings for 4.5 quart bowls). This attachment will not work with any bowl lift style mixers.
