How do I use it: Apply Moisture Surge in the morning and evening on clean skin. Use applicator to sweep an allover base shade across entire lid, lash line to brow. Create dimension with medium-toned shades. Layer and blend color into the crease and/or along lashlines. Deepest shade can be applied as a liner along lashlines using the applicator tip.

Starting at lash roots, wiggle mascara brush up to lash tips. Repeat to build. For lower lashes, hold wand vertically. Avoid pumping the brush in the container; this adds air that can dry out mascara. To prevent clumping, let mascara dry between coats.
