SHIPPING
Most orders received by 3 pm EST are shipped the same day. In the event of a delay in shipping your order, you will be notified or your order will ship the next day. RETURNS
Items shipped from Random and BEYOND can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. You will be liable for all return costs unless the item is defective. Once we've received the item back in our possession a refund will be initiated, usually within 2 business days. You will receive a follow-up e-mail letting you know the process is complete and your original payment method has been refunded.
