Very rare J League clock from the 1990s - this is a boxed, vintage, original item, not a modern remake!

Condition as shown in photos. It is in great condition, but I have absolutely no idea whether it works. Please assume it doesn’t; if it does that’s a bonus. But what an item at a bargain price!
