Description

A Vega long neck banjo that appears to have been manufactured in the early 1960s.
The label on the pot says FP-5, and it may be an instrument with a long neck converted to an open back banjo model with a regular neck/tuba font tone ring.
The neck and pot serial numbers are only about 300 different, and they seem to be assembled from parts from almost the same era.
Although the pegs have been replaced and there are signs of use appropriate to the age, there is no major damage or modification, and I think this is a vintage item in practical condition.
5 string slide capo (Shubb/gold) installed.
Gig bag included.
