Payments
All Payments must be received within 7 days.
Contact is required within 24 hours of the end of auction to confirm payment

Delivery
Standard charge for shipping is to a UK Mainland address only. The parts are
carefully packaged and these items are normally delivered using a fully insured
carrier who will require a signature at time of delivery.
We can supply parts for delivery to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Channel
Islands, Northern and Southern Ireland or any other UK island; this will
involve additional cost of delivery. Please ensure that you contact us by email
and include your full postal address and post code PRIOR to purchase for a cost
of delivery.
Our carrier will require a telephone contact number to confirm delivery details
with you.
Returns
and Refunds
Please check your item for damage before signing for it on Delivery, if the
item is damaged Please refuse the item and contact us immediately. A Full
Refund will be given on items damaged in Transit.
If you wish to return an item please contact us by message through Ebay within
14 days.
All our items supplied are security marked.
Any item being returned must be received within 28 days from date of sale.
We will refund item cost and purchase delivery if the item is found to be
faulty, once an item is received back it will be quality tested on our benches.
If a part has been correctly supplied in good working order and is no longer
required we will only return the purchase price less a 25% handling fee.
