This Bolle jacket is in very good used condition. 
The zip on the jacket works perfectly & the jacket does have a high neck. There is a hoodie on the jacket which you can fold up & hide in the neck of the jacket. Zip pockets on the sides of the jacket. Toggles on the bottom of the jacket to pull it in tighter. This still has heaps of stretch. There is a pocket inside of the jacket with velcro closure. The cuffs on the sleeves are elastic & velcro closure. The elastic seems to have lost some of its stretch, but the velcro can fasten this up.
