This particular set are discounted because they have some cosmetic imperfections.  Imperfections can be any one of the following very small issues - if something really noticeable we scraped them - so these can't be even shown in a picture - we tried.  

Possible imperfections are:  slightly over anodized parts (little less shiny), black paint line slightly off,  a hairline scratch somewhere - size of a hair and very short, or slight imperfection of edge.
