Dilas 300W CW  Diode laser modules    780 to 1100nm wavelength, invisible beam  (like CO2)

These are high quality, high power,  knife edge arrays with beam shaping optics & fibre coupling blocks inside.

These are Class IV Laser modules, used to seed industrial Fibre Laser Installations and they were removed from a decommissioned Laser in Sweden.

Although they are seed modules,  they are excellent lasers in their own right. I have several modules surplus to my needs because I acquired them as a job lot.

I will guarantee these modules Lase  before packing in anti-static packaging.

I will current drive them at 50% 20 amps (40amps max)  12v to ensure proper function before shipping.

These modules are class 4 and very dangerous if not handled correctly. The output is invisible & can destroy eyes in miliseconds.

They would make great replacements for bulky co2 laser tubes, pump solid state crystals,  or various other laser lab experiments.

I can't measure infrared output at the 300W level. However, my module instantly ignites 22mm ply & punches through steel tins easily without air assist.

I can offer modules in one of the two configurations shown jn the photos.

1.   As purchased with fibre coupling  block & broken fibre in place. You will need to source the correct fibre pigtail before use.

2.  With coupling focus lens & coupling block removed & a  new Fibre Laser protection lens fitted over the output aperture.

In this configuration the module can be used as is or with standard co2 laser optics.
