The model code is 166608C.

The uppers are grey leather and do have a number of dark spots on them. Particularly on the inside of the right shoe there are multiple small dark spots. To me it looks like it has been splashed. The inside of the left shoe is similar. Also on the left shoe on the outside there are also some larger marks. All of this is shown in the photos.

In addition the label has been removed from the left shoe.

The soles and heels show little wear.
