Oreck XL Vacuum Handle with On-Off Switch Power Cord Type 8 Model U3140KKB4, This came from a working vacuum cleaner. The cord has been repaired as can be seen in the pictures, the outer wrap was torn open but the wires inside were not damaged, it was repaired with marine grade shrinkwrap. the rest of the handle is in very nice condition.
