SEALED original envelope of 2-way star stickers from WW2 eighth victory loan era

There were 9 victory loans which ran from June 15, 1941 to November 1, 1945

Photos are from an opened envelope, but the ones I have for sale are fully sealed and original. I have 8 sealed packages available. The opened envelope contained 20 stars and I assume the sealed ones do as well.

Some yellowing of the envelopes due to age, but no tears/marks/damage.
