This item will be un-boxed, but repackaged professionally and bound to a pallet.

Please Note: We only deliver to the mainland UK, excluding Scottish highlands & Islands and Ireland.

The item is delivered by a pallet courier company and will arrive on a pallet, this will be a kerb side delivery only. We recommend two able bodied people to receive the delivery.

ALL packaging will be left with you and the driver will not take any of the packaging away.

We aim to deliver all goods ordered within 3-5 working days with a dispatch time of 1-3 working days.

If you are not in to accept the delivery on the agreed delivery date and the delivery fails due to no fault of the courier a re-delivery charge will be applicable.

It is the customers responsibility to note any issues and to take clear photographs of the pallet and contents before signing for the product. If the customer refuses the delivery without any clear evidence of discrepancies, additional charges will be applicable for returning the unit back to us.

Returns Policy

Up to 60days:

Under your statutory rights, you are entitled to a 60-day return period if you are unhappy with the product. You must notify us in writing during this period of your intention to cancel via Ebay.

The returning unit must be packaged in the same way it was received. There is no need to return the unit on a pallet.
