I purchased this from a jewelry seller on Instagram. It is 9 karat/ solid. Victorian most likely but could also be Edwardian. Best guess from seller was 1900. It is Hallmarked. It was from a antique watch chain. I have wanted a T bar pendant for a long time. This one is a little to “rosy” for me. I tend to wear a lot of 22 karat that has a super yellow gold look and this clashes a little too much for my liking.

Stamped 375 and 9 (chain is not included).

The bale is quite small. I have it on a very thin chain. I actually took this to my jeweler to see if she could find a nine karat large jump ring. She told me 9 karat was very hard to find in the USA. It almost always came out of the United Kingdom or Australia. In the USA, 10 karat was more common 100 + years ago. She told me 14 karat would be cheaper than making some thing out of 9 karat, so opted to not move forward.

This piece is stamped. You could find a 9ct vintage swivel dog clip for this online to make it work for a multitude of chains.

I do have various carabiners that can hook on the pendant to add to various chains, but have the same issue with color. Please see last photo to see how Ii connected it to a chunky chain via a small carabiner. I did screenshot some similar items that are available online elsewhere. Please research and see as many of the photos posted and ask any questions. I will do my best to answer 🙂
