A beautiful impressionist sort of painting by JACQUES DE SADELEER of Fishing Boats at the Marina or Wharf. (I cannot find the title to this one in particular but is very similar to a painting called Vue du Port Anime from 1993, so my guess is this is from the same time frame.)

Jacques De Sadeleer was (is?) a Flemish Belgian impressionist-style painter from Haaltert born in 1920. He's not terribly famous, but you can find some of his stuff on the web.

This is a SIGNED, Framed & Matted Print, size of about 24 X 18" (the visible artwork itself is about 14 X 18").  This is #107/275 in the series.  The series is put out by the somewhat mysterious Collector's Guild Ltd, 185 Madison Ave, New York, and the Societe de Verification de la Nouvelle Gravure Internationale de New York et de Paris.

Art as far as I can tell is in flawless condition, although it is slightly wavy, probably from not being matted perfectly flat.  I would think if matted flat, there would be no damage of any kind, although I have not taken it out of the back.  The pencil signature and hand-numbering is fully intact. (#107/275 is what it looks like, but it could be out of 225).

The frame has a couple small dings in the wood but is still very very nice.  If you would like, I can take it out and send just the poster, which will save a lot (70-80%?) on shipping! Also, LOCAL PICKUP available in the Chapel Hill, NC area.

The back of the frame is taped on and the vast majority has no damage and is sturdy and stable, but there are a couple places where the back has small spots of slitting or peeling, and definitely some damage to the outer surface of the backing, but that's just the backing.  Also, there's a little hook thing to hang it with.
