This listing is for a vintage Selmer (Paris) alto saxophone ligature. It is the classic, standard 2 screw ligature, which for some inexplicable reason Selmer has stopped producing, despite the fact that a lot of people still like them. This is a fairly old one. It has the pointy screws with small oval heads. This ligature will fit standard size hard rubber or plastic alto sax mouthpieces, such as the Selmer Soloist, S80, and S90, and many other brands as well.

The ligature is in very good used condition. There are no cracks, and it has not been bent out of shape. Both screws are original and work properly. The lacquer is mostly intact, with minimal scratching and scuffing as seen in the pictures. The matching Selmer Paris cap is also in great shape. There are no dings or cracks. Again, the lacquer is mostly intact, with some scratching and scuffs from bouncing around in a horn case.
