Please, Please, READ the entire listing and look at all the pictures BEFORE you ask me a question!  Then, after you've read the ENTIRE listing, ask all the questions you want BEFORE you bid/buy.  I do my best to answer questions promptly.  I will not cancel a transaction because you misunderstood and didn't ask questions or because you asked questions after you bid/bought and got answers you didn't like.  

Please do not make me an offer outside the eBay system or ask me what my lowest price is.  If my listing is not a Best Offer listing and you don't like my price, please do not make me an offer at all.  I will not respond to unsolicited offers or offers outside the eBay system.  If you are local and see my listing on eBay you can always come and view the item in person.  In those cases I may accept a cash transaction and/or entertain an alternative offer.

PAYMENT
I accept payment through eBay only, unless you are coming to pick up your item, in which case I also accept cash. 

HANDLING
The Shipping & Payments tab says under Handling: "Will usually in X business days..."  I do my utmost to honor this and I usually succeed but I'm not running an online business and sometimes work or family demands prevent me from shipping immediately.  If I've listed an item for sale its because I don't want it hanging around.  If its not as quick as you hoped its because I'm not able to move it any faster.  If you have an urgent need for an item I'm selling, and immediate shipping is critical, contact me in advance and I will try to accommodate you.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
I only ship to a CONFIRMED address. Flat Rate and Free Shipping is for the contiguous 48 states only. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or one of the outlying territories, the Flat Rate and/or Free Shipping does NOT apply to your purchase. Contact me in advance for a shipping quote. If you are from one of these areas and missed this notice when you skimmed the auction you are still obligated to pay the purchase/winning bid price, plus the ACTUAL shipping cost. I do not ship to APOs/FPOs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For some items I will ship internationally via eBay's Global Shipping Program.  Not all items qualify and if the listing does not say it ships internationally then please assume it does not.  In those cases I will not respond to inquiries for international shipping quotes. I will not ship to the EU for any reason because of its VAT rules.  I do not ship to APOs/FPOs.

CARRIERS AND THE MEANING OF "STANDARD SHIPPING"
For all packages that don't fit in an envelope, I use USPS or UPS Ground with no Saturday/Sunday delivery and no adult signature. I always provide a tracking number for UPS/USPS shipments in the completed listing. I rarely use FedEx or DHL but will if the situation calls for it or if its more convenient for me.  All shipping methods chosen are at my discretion - that's what "Standard Shipping" means.  If you contact me BEFORE you bid/buy you may inquire about a specific method.  In that case only I will attempt to accommodate you, but I'm not guaranteeing any particular method.

PICK UP
You can always pick up your items instead of having them shipped. Contact me in advance for details. 

REFUNDS/RETURNS
Unless otherwise noted, all items are used. All sales are final. Final means NO RETURNS, unless you can demonstrate I grossly misrepresented something. If you receive something dead on arrival (DOA) that:

a.) was not advertised as DOA, or 

b.) was not advertised as condition UNKNOWN, 

then contact me before you leave negative feedback. I will do everything in my power to make it right. Sometimes accidents happen in shipping or rarely I make a mistake in my listing. I would like the opportunity to fix the problem for you in these cases.

DOA means that you received something that was listed as fully functional with no issues but it arrived to you non-functional or with obvious unadvertised issues.  

Items advertised and sold as condition UNKNOWN or DOA are always "AS-IS", and I will not provide a refund for these items under any conditions.  If this isn't agreeable to you, then please do not bid/buy.

RIGHT TO CANCEL
Because I list items locally, I reserve the right to cancel your bid/purchase, whether it's a winning bid or not. Local sales always take precedence over eBay sales. Your bid is a contract and I've spelled out the terms clearly, therefore, you do not have the right to cancel a winning bid after auction completion.  If you do I will report you as a non-paying bidder.

WARRANTY
There are never any warranties expressed or implied for the items I sell.
