Dalia sherffiiis a wild species native to (sub)tropical, northern Mexico. It has lilac, star shaped, single flowers. Plant about 1,4 m tall. Flowers at late Summer and Autumn. There are data that the long, narrow tubers of this species were used for food. Rarity - hard to find in trading. Sow the seeds surface and keep moist and warm in sunny place. Package 5 fresh seeds. Only a few packages available. Seeds open-pollinated.
