Sea Rush (Bulboschoenus laticarpus) - hardy, edible "chufa like" vegetable - 20 seeds (NOT tubers)
This is a small species from "Bulboschoenus maritimus" group. Its hardy (at least to zone 5-6), bog perennial which creates edible underground tubers. They are quite hard, but can be pressed and made into delicious cakes etc. The youngest tubers are softer and can be eaten as snack. The seeds probably needs a few months of cold stratification and after this should be sown surface on wet soil or very shallow water. This is little known, unusuall vegetable, which is hard to find in trading. Package 20 fresh seeds (NOT tubers). Only a few packages available.
