Please Note :

This is a pallet delivery service which is 3-5 working days after payment is received. I can put more than one appliance on a pallet so you only pay for the pallet. This is kerbside delivery only so you may need someone to help you get the appliance into your house.

• The vehicles used to deliver our items are 7.5 tonne lorries, please make sure this type of vehicle will fit down your access road.
• When delivery takes place you must un-pack and fully check the item prior to signing. If you do sign as ok and acceptable then any damage notified afterwards cannot be claimed for
• In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during transit please refuse delivery and the driver will bring the item back to our warehouse.

• WHEN ITEM ARRIVES , THE DRIVER CAN ONLY TAKE THE ITEM TO THE DOOR OF YOUR PREMISES AND IS NOT INSURED TO ENTER YOUR PREMISES If you are not there to accept the delivery on delivery day or there are access issues that have not been discussed with us ie narrow lanes, steps, lifts etc there will be a further delivery charge incurred.
