The G5420T Electromatic Classic HollowBody Single-CutwithBigsby features a laminate maple body with a vintage-inspired polished arch and an all-new trestle block brace design that reduces unwanted feedback noise. A new trestle block design with a strong bond between the top and back of the body delivers a more accurate and snappy tone, a more flexible and speedy response, and a highly aggressive sound. Coupled with the all-new FT-5EFilterTron pickup, this hollowbody sound packs a powerful full-bodied punch, delivering classic sparkle, enhanced presence, and accelerated play with clarity and precision.
The all-new Classic C-shaped maple neck features a 12-inch-radius laurel fingerboard for improved playability, performance, and comfortable playing feel.
Providing a lively sound, the G5420T features a variety of upgraded controls including a treble bleed circuit and master volume, master tone, individual pickup volume controls and 3-position pickup toggle switch, and an oversized bound F.
