Express Shipping: Express shipping with most the major carriers is available on request. Please contact us directly for highly competitive rates. Alternatively, if a buyer wishes to arrange collection on their own account, we are happy to oblige.
Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 working days after receipt. If possible, the goods will be exchanged with a duplicate item from our stock. If this exchange is not possible, the customer shall receive a full refund. The serial number on the returned item must match the serial number in our records. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping: All items are usually shipped from one of our locations within 24 hours of receiving payment. As soon as shipping has been arranged, your tracking number will be provided via eBay.
Import duties: Please note, the buyer is responsible for all Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Charges. These are not included in the item list price.
Payment: We accept payment through Paypal & Bank/Wire Transfer (SEPA). Please note, any payment through bank transfer will result in delays to shipping until funds are cleared.
