Winthrop Prince is a syndicated cartoonist from Berkeley CA that did cartoons in the 1980’s.  This original pen and ink drawing on Paper was likely prepared for newsprint.  It measures 8.5 x 11 inches overall with a 4 x 5 image measurements.   Please see pictures for details.
