Offered is this artists' tool, a stained glass foiler, the "new improved" model, made by Glastar. The tool is complete, with all three large wheels, all three small wheels, with foil and hardware. The original box and paperwork is included. I don't know how old this is but from the box design I would guess it is from the 1980s.

I have not tried to "foil" anything but it appears to be fully functional. The box has some wear, a small hole and some soiling. The paperwork has browned with age.
