Winthrop Prince is a syndicated cartoonist from Berkeley CA that did cartoons in the 1980’s.  This original pen and ink drawing on card was likely prepared for newsprint and made into a printed greeting card.  It measures 5.5 x 7.5 inches overall with a 5 x 7 image measurements.   Please see pictures for details.
