Winthrop Prince is a syndicated cartoonist from Berkeley CA that did cartoons in the 1980’s.  This original pen and ink drawing on card was likely prepared for newsprint.  It measures 6.5 x 8 inches overall with a 5 x 6.5 image measurements.   Please see pictures for details.
